I bought an LED strip through Cotton Club and it was great. The wiring failed at some point, but the vendor replaced it as no charge.
I can't sew without it!

The problem I see is that you can't run the strip farther to the left without bumping into needle arm apparatus.

How do I find out if I can get an LED bulb for my sm...a Brother; anyone know? I can get one for my vintage Necchi as it uses a regular auto bulb but want one for my Brother too. TIA!

I've been wondering about those strips. Thanks for the review!

How hard or easy were they to put together?

Thanks so much for the closeup picture, Gale. I saw these on Amazon but was concerned about hitting them when pushing a large quilt through. I have the Juki2010, and it is fairly high, but I wasn't sure if I'd be hitting them at some point. They really look nice.

Hugs,
Charlotte

I just received the LED sewing machine lamp from ebay. Attaches by magnet and has goose neck that lets you direct the light.Love it and at 11.61 and free shipping was a great deal.

I read this and ordered the kit and the extra cord, etc. Came the next day, took 5 minutes to cut the strip and install. Still have not used the other machine so that strip hasn't been installed. What a difference good lighting makes!
