I am so excited I just picked up my Janome10001 yesterday. My DH bought it for me it's a new used machine but it's new to me considering the others I have are a Singer Futura II,Old Elna and a Kenmore 8. This is my first embroidary machine.

Very nice! I have the 9000 and absolutely love it. My machine has a much smaller embroidery field than you will have. I can't wait to see what you're going to make! :thumbup:

I have the 10000 upgraded to the 10001 that I bought on here. I love it. So easy to use and lots of fun. There are many free designs available. Do a search on here, and you will find many. Good luck and most of all have fun. You'll be looking at everything now as to what you can embroider on it.

I have the same machine and down load designs off the internet. It has so many possibilities. Enjoy

I had the 10000 upgraded to the 10001 also! Kept it for 6 years and loved every minute of it! Finally wanted to go to a bigger hoop and since I don't like the Janome 110000 (for many reasons), went to Babylock.

You will have such fun with that machine. What a wonderful day!
