I am looking for the New Orleans Puzzle QUILT pattern. I have made the table topper and would like to do full quilt. Saw one this week in a store and it is a must do.

Kitty sent me this link to show us what she's looking for:

http://www.amishcountrylanes.com/Pages/hs118.shtml

when i googled it yesterday, i found this photo of a table topper made from the New Orleans Puzzle. if you look very closely, you can see how it's constructed.

i haven't found a pattern for a whole quilt top. i guess i'll add that to my list of things to do. just what i need. a longer list!

wow! that is beautiful . . . and so tempting. i wonder if it is harder than it looks? looks like strip sets cut at 45 degree angles.

that's all it seams to be. (sorry. i couldn't resist. )

going beyond the table topper to a complete quilt will take some careful calculations, though, i think. but - Boy Howdy! - would it be worth the trouble!!! :!:

That is a pattern I have tried to find for 2 years now.. I love it.. Thanks so much for the info.. I love the Star Spin.. I did check to see what a finished one would cost me and they wanted $2400.00... No way I could afford that...
