    New Quilt Shop opening soon - does anyone know anything about it?

    I know this is a long shot, but you just never know I hear there is a Quilt Shop opening in Versailles, IN. Right now I drive to North Vernon to go to a Quilt Shop, so a shop in Versailles would be great. Does anyone on the board here from the Versailles area - do you know when it will be opening or where it will be? Any information would be nice

    you could try the local government there which handles business licenses... they might know when and where

    meyert, I live near Columbus, also shop at North Vernon and the LQS in Greensburg. I have not heard about a shop in Versailles. We are practically neighbors!

    I live on the Ohio Indiana border along the river. I usually shop in Lawrenceburg at the Quilt Garden but my favorite place to shop is in VeVay at Cardinal Quilts. She has a large selection and prices are great.

    QuiltingVegabond - We are practically neighbors! Actually my brother is fire fighter for the City of Columbus so you may be his neighbor

    I bought my machine from Sharynn's in North Vernon. I really like her, but it's quite a drive for me. I keep thinking about stopping in at the Greensburg shop, but I don't get to Greensburg very often.

    scrapinema - Just this week I searched and discovered Cardinal Quilts. Vevay is quite a drive for me too, but I am thinking about going for a drive to check them out.

    scrapinmema - I did not know about Cardinal Quilts, I will have to check it out sometime! I follow Quilt Garden on Facebook and have seen them at shows, but haven't made it to the actual shop... yet!

    There is a fairly new shop in Brownstowm. It is called Scrappy Patches. I get my machine serviced at Sharon's Quilt Box. We must be "neighbors."
