Welcome to one and all. The more the merrier here. Hope to talk with you in the live chat that Boo mentioned. We have a merry good time. :o)

I'm in California and right now it's not very warm here! Been seeing lots and lots of ice in the mornings. Brrrr!

Hello -- I am a member of the Anchorage Log Cabin Quilt Guild in Anchorage, Alaska and have just signed on after reading some messages from others about putting a quilt together in sections. I have been doing this for several years after seeing it presented on HGTV's Simply Quilts. The book is 'Divide & Conquer: Quilt it Your Way' by Nancy Smith & Lynda Milligan. They present 3 different ways to quilt large quilts in sections. They are great although I prefer one over the others.

Neva,
I just checked in the chat room and it is empty. Catch us on Sunday, 3 EST. There are usually a bunch of us on then. Other times the chat room is just the luck of the draw. Sometimes there are folks in there, other times, like now, just empty.

Until then happy quilting.

Okay, this was my fault. I forgot was at 2pm EST on Weds. so didn't arrive till after 3pm EST. My only excuse this time is I have never been this old before. Sorry to all! Will be there on Sunday.
