collady: Please don't beat yourself up over this--they are only quilts and will still be there when you can get to them. I am very sorry about our daughter I think that is were your attention needs to be for now. My thought and prayers are with you and your daughter and I think you have made amazing progress on your bindings given these circumstances. May God be with you.

I never make resolutions of any kind, I would just be setting myself up for failure.

I think that I will aim for one completed quilt per week from now onward. Thanks for the great suggestion.

One goal was to make 2 quilts per month. So far, I am doing great on that. I have taken 5 quilts to the LAQ this month and may finish another before the month ends. A second goal was to complete one Craftsy course a month. I have met that for January. A final goal was to work on FMQ. I haven't done any of that this month because I was so busy piecing; but I plan to start one of Leah Day's courses soon.

Y'all are too ambitious for me! My goal is to enjoy what I'm doing. If that isn't happening (get frustrated with a project) then I just take a break, whether for an hour or a week.
