Red face A newbie just used a walking foot for the first time!

I just put the walking foot that I got for Christmas on my sewing machine and tested it out. It went better than expected! I was nervous about using it but I think I will catch on quickly! That will leave binding to do. Now that is something I am worried about! I'll worry about that after I finish machine quilting the wall hanging. Yay!

First time I used one I fell in love!! Nothing better for doing binding! I use it now for quilting but had to get a new one last week end. Old one was one I got with some old sewing stuff and it fell apart from time to time. Lots of fun when in the middle of stitching! NOT!! LOL
