Well, I didn't finished any UFOs yesterday, but I did get three sandwiched and one about 1/2 FMQed. My goal was to finish at least one UFO a day, but the ones I have left have more work to be done than the first few.
Welcome to the Quilting Board!

This life is the only one you get - enjoy it before you lose it.
WoW!! I just checked out your facebook site. I wouldn't have any time to do things other than quilt if I had the number of quilts you have done... Wonderful!
I can't imagine finishing one a day...... I couldn't do it... life gets in the way. Like yesterday, I worked on a quilt in the morning but then in the afternoon I had to help the DH cut and stack firewood to dry out for next spring. Today I figure I'll be helping out cleaning up the garage after doing a little quilting again this morning. So, I won't be able to finish that quilt for my Great nephew yet another day. But, it gives me something to look forward to each day and I still can get out and DO THINGS at 66 years old. That's a good thing!
But you go, girl...... I'm trying to finish some UFOs this winter..... so I can get a new UFO pile started.
Well, I have to admit that I don't do a whole lot except quilt. At 72 I am very healthy, so not many Drs appts., don't like to shop anymore, so no mall trips, can't go the thrift stores because I don't have space for anything else. I do care for an almost 4 yr old GGS, but Monday is the only day I have him all day. The other days I take him to a preschool where he is from 9:30 to 2:30. Like to read, watch some TV, have my mani-pedi every 2 weeks or so, haircut every 6 weeks or so. Monthly birthday party for my family - usually between 16 and 18, but each family brings something so I don't have to do a whole lot. Housework, you say? What's that?
Happy quilting, everyone!
