    lots of pot holders----sorry bad joke., but it would make a great bed top mattress, maybe for the raised mattress in the tent. Or for guests on a raised mattress

    No it does not have any rubber on back..I can't tell it has anything on it..Except when you put water on it..It beads up..till it gets real wet..Does that make sense?? This is what it says...

    It looks like polished cotton till washed then it is like regular cotton.

    Roc Lon has been around forever, very dependable fabric. The rain no stain had a treatment that would keep the lining from staining when it got wet, back in the days when we had open windows, and condensation on glass from heat against cold glass. Once you washed it you pretty much removed the tratment and it should behave just like real cotton. Enjoy your find!
