Did you inform him that eating is a luxury and he won't be getting that for a while?

I agree with you. If this had been one of his favorite power tools you can be sure it would be replaced ASAP!

I love my Bernina 1230 that I bought used. Don't really see in upgrading because it seems to do everything I need it to do for now. I have a FW that I take to Bees and Classes...love to hear it sew! It's my toy!

Actually, nothing because he doesn't do anything except sit in his chair when he is off work. Yesterday, he told me I should try to rake leaves for the neighbors for extra money. I could have cheerfully killed him at that moment.

A little magnesium citrate would cure the "sitting in his chair problem". He would then be sitting on his throne.

I have a Janome 6600 and a JUki TL98Q and neither is my dream machine. I do like piecing on the Juki better than the Janome. My dream machine would be a Longarm!

butterfly, you have endless patience! Sounds like your man REALLY knows how to make his woman happy. Jerk. Maybe we should take up a collection and get you a killer cool new machine! I'm in.

To piece I use a Bernina 440QE because it is SO accurate. I LOVE this machine. To quilt I use a Viking Mega-Quilter and the Grace frame made for it.
