Old Binding tip still the best for me!!

[ATTACH=CONFIG]372978[/ATTACH]I just learned a reason not to fold binding. It takes more fabric on the top than at the bottom.Never thought of it that way but I have tried it and it makes sense. It is a little more awkward at first but once you learn, it works much better. Betty in Illinois

Great idea!! I recently read about putting the binding on without creasing it and that's what I want to try next time. Did try it on a purse and seemed to go well. Thanks for sharing.

I still fold my binding in half and press it. Works well for me. If it isn't broke don't fix.
