Thread: OLD SATIN TIED QUILT

    A friend brought me a quilt this weekend she found at a yard sale. While I love to quilt I am not a collector of old quilts nor have any interest in trying to clean or restore them. I know sounds terrible but I don't.

    The one she brought looks like satin squares 3-4" sewn together in varying colors and it tied rather than FMQ. I only unfolded enough to see there are either stains or discoloration from age. This is not something I'm interested in cleaning so my first thought was to toss it away then I realized someone here may be interested in having it.
