    Default Batik Charm Packs

Have you ever bought one? If so, what did you make with it?

I purchased 2 of the Fossil Fern Charm packs because there are 100 charms in the pack and they were at a great price. I haven't made anything with them yet though. They sit on the shelf next to my other charm packs that are waiting for the right project to come along!

I've got a batiks charm quilt in progress -- stained glass woven effect, much like a pattern in Nickels and Dimes.

Nope..... never bought a batik charm pack. Not that I could not be persuded! It just that the dimensions don't work that well for my purposes, I would end up with too much waste ...

No I never have and don't plan on buying any in the future. I am so picky about fabric choices I would probably throw out half of the fabric. That would be a terrible waste.

I love batik charm packs. I mostly buy them to have a good variety on hand for applique, when I need lots of colors or shades to choose from.

I have bought 3, mostly to get a true view of the fabrics but I'm using the for an applique quilt . I've bought yardage of some of them to do other quilts since I was sure I liked them.
