Dear Hubby he found me a treadle at a yard sale and is tring to restore it Please help me. Never had one and can't say I honestly paid enough attention to all your wonderful posts because I never thought I would own one :oops:

The serial number is G8502760 How do I find out more???

Oh how nice. I hope you find the info you need. I know there is a thread on here for those that have old machines. Perhaps someone there could point you in the right direction?

Well, it looks like it was commissioned in 1920, but since
Singer has removed the beautifully functional lookup for serial numbers, I can't tell you what it is.

If you post pictures, someone will be able to tell you. :)
