Oh My Gosh, WHAT WAS I THINKING - keeps going through my mind as I open up the tubs of fabric that have not seen the light of day in many a year, to refold and store in the closet.

Could I really have purchased that???? -is another phrase that is echoing through my head as well -

Of course an ad on Craig's List for 320 yds of fabric for $150.00 is also rattle through my mind as well.

Do you think my DH would notice that much more fabric??

Fold it around your ruler. Some how it makes all of your fabric look smaller. This worked for me. DH even thought I didn't have very much and suggested I get more because the cost of fabric will just keep going up. The plus side of doing this was that I could really see what I had and buy to fill in what my collection was missing.

We'd love to have such a find for our sewing ministry making children's clothes in far distance lands. Wow!
