I have too many to only pick 3...and I am needing to finish projects I have already started for now...but to answer the question...I would say any quilt from a Kim Diehl book, Barbara Brackman book, or Edyta Sitar...I love all their quilt designs!

I don't have a bucket list. I do have an idea file of interesting quilt pictures if I ever run out of quilts I want to do. So far I have not had to look through my file because the pictures on QB keep me busy enough.

Each time I obtain a new magazine or quilt book, there are at least 2-3 more quilts I think I need to make. Safe to say my bucket doesn't have a bottom!

My three include Etyda Sitar's Eldon, hand stitched and hand quilters Grandmither's Flower Garden, and the Diamond Jubille Bargella. These will take me years to do since there will be lots of other projects along the way!

Too many patterns already put in my "to be done possibilities" book. It seems that I add a couple of patterns with every quilt magazine.... ugh!
