Grrr almost all the squares I sewed yesterday I had to rip out today because I sewed them wrong. I knew I should have put it aside but want to get the top done. Now I am back to starting over. Anyone else have days like that?

If I push myself or am tired.....even the sewing machine acts up. The next day it seems to be fine. I have to stop or it just makes extra work.

The frog strikes again rip-it rip-it :D

I like that- "The frog strikes again" I woll have to hang a froggy picture by my sewing machine to remind me to slow down!

I choose to call those days 'practice days' when everything I sew is wrong. The next day everything is a breeze! :):)

Oh, that happens to me ALL the time.
Hubby laughs at me because I always have my seam ripper in my mouth. I'm a smoker and I'm trying to quit, so it's either a pin (long quilters pin) or the seam ripper that I have.
Hubby has learned that when he wants to give me a quick kiss, to check and see what is sticking out of my mouth.
Plus, with the seam ripper, it's a handy place to keep it, since I can lose it pretty easily on my sewing table. :)

I'm having one of those days and it's going to last a few more... LOL I am ripping out 12 braids for my French Braid quilt, decided I didn't like one color in it....so I am having a long meaningful affair with my stitch ripper now. :)

Everybody I know has days like that, except this neighbor who always sews everything perfectly the first time.
