ordered from Connecting Threads

Glad you got your fabric fix, owie.
I also ordered some Christmas fabric on sale. I bought 2 quilt kits a few months ago on sale to combine and make a larger quilt from. I need 7 yards for a backing and now that fabric is on sale, in the special instruction area I gave 2 alternate fabrics in case the first one doesn't have the yardage I need.

I think I will be doing more ordering online (if that's possible). I, too, had sticker shock when I wandered around JoAnn's today. Many of their bolts had $9.99/yd price tags, and (believe it or not) I walked out with not one yard of fabric. I just can't justify spending that price, even with a 40% coupon, when I can get such great prices online.
Connecting Threads is one of my favorite online stores.

Great fabric and great prices. It is now my favorite place and free shipping with $50 order. I said good bye to Joanne's fabric a few years ago. It is only a backup for me, They just don't have the quality and price to get me back. Has anyone tried CT's thread?
