Ordering coordinating fabrics online
#1
I'm looking for advice and/or good websites to order fabric online.
I want to order 7 different fabrics, all cream-on-cream or light tan-on-tan, that coordinate well so they can be used as background blocks for a quilt.
My LQS do not have a big enough selection to find them all at one location.
Do you have any suggestions on how to find coordinating fabrics? I thought about ordering on-line, but am not sure how to coordinate them.
I appreciate any advice/insights!

Hi Cheryl, if you go to www.thousandsofbolts.com, they sort their fabric by color-you just click on the color group you want, indicate cotton, mfg, etc, and the colors are quite accurate. I have ordered from them several times, NEVER been dissappointed and their prices are terrific!!! Service is top notch too. Good luck!

if you join the 'fabshophop' you will suddenly have access to over 180 quilt shops from all over the country, with all kinds of 'specialties& prices' it is free, you can win stuff, but it also is a great resource.
