How about getting together on Saturday Aug 29 at Summerlake Park in Tigard? We could meet at 1:00.
Bring your picnic quilt and come meet other members.
    What do you think?
PM me if you have other suggestions. Let's plan something!

Just found this!!! It's a great idea....but that's this weekend and I have company!!! Keep me on any mailing list for future! Oh, and I live in LaPine, south of Bend....it's quite a drive, but I'd do it if I could!

It is pretty short notice-trying to get it in before the rain hits
If someone has a better idea-very open to suggestions. Maybe someone knows of an indoor space for a little later in the fall. ???
And of course we could have more than one!

Do Tell! That would be fun! Any idea of the date? Location?
We could do that instead if it is easier for people to plan on.

My guild has a quilt show in Lebanon October 17-18.

Salem has Quiltopia October 2-4: http://www.quiltedforest.com/other/Q...a2009_info.pdf

Portland has the the NW Quilting Expo September 24-25-26 - http://www.nwquiltingexpo.com/

I hope to attend them all and would love to meet up with others.

I'm up here in Tacoma, Wa and I know of a couple of others from around here...
I am sure we would love to meet...
There is the sew expo coming up as well as a great fabric store in Portland (can't remember the name right now)
But please keep me informed as I would love to meet anyone from this board...
    Sounds like fun!
    Kirsten
PS...maybe we should do a quilt retreat at Cannon Beach or Seaside? Or better yet, one of us should win the retreat prize at Sew Expo
