I tried carefully cutting all the pieces out with 1/4" extra for seam allowance. It doesn't work. I spent about 5 hours on it and cut several, but it just doesn't work. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. I need detailed cutting and sewing instructions.

I found the same palm tree pattern on the internet, cut it out but the pieces do not fit together. HELP!
