I'm sure there are freebies around, and, of course, you could always reduce a regular pattern, but here's George's site - he does amazing work!

I have 50 Little Paper-Pieced Blocks by Carol Doak. I think it has cute patterns.

Sally Collins is an amazing precision piecer. Ive used her techniques and turned out great miniatures. Our guild had her come and teach. Not everyone loved it because of the precision involved but most really wnt r it. Her dvd is worth every $. I think she has something on youtube

Second the vote on Sally Collins.

Can also recommend Little Lone Star Quilts by Lorraine Olsen - YES the Lone Stars are paper pieced!! It's a different technique but it works great. Suggest that you use a paper specific to PP as opposed to regular copy paper for these.

I made the one below from this method.

When doing miniatures paper pieced or not, precision is the trick. That is why I recommended Sally Collins.
