Default Paper piecing patterns

Does anyone know of a link that has FREE paper piecing patterns? I have just finished my first block and would like to do more but don't want to buy a book of patterns until I have practiced enough on some easy ones to feel comfortable investing in a book. I think I will like the process after some practice. Thanks for any suggestions.

Carol Doak is the paper piecing queen is my book. LOL She has some free patterns on her website and you cannot go wrong purchasing one of her books. No affilication other than I took a class from her several years back.

Marcia Hohn's site, Quilt Blocks Galore (Quilter's Cache) has over 3000 patterns, quite a lot of them are paper pieced, and she has a tute about paper piecing that she links to at the beginning of each block. Great website for lots of patterns, some traditional, some original - she also rates them in the listings so you know if it's easy (one pin) to difficult (4 pins). And she has a list of all blocks with colored pictures, so you can see what the blocks look like without having to open each file. VERY user-friendly.

Also, you can print PP patterns from EQ. Lots of patterns in the library there.

Your local library might well be another source as long as you have a copy/scanner.
