Wet suit (check) Goggles (check) flippers (check) air tank (check) what you get when a main waterline can't hold anymore water. I now have a house boat I知 dumping out the sand box so I can have beach front property too.

that looks like my lawn, in miniature! I went wading last weekend...and because it is recently melted, it was COLD! only I don't have any excuse...it's just springtime water not broken anything!

WOW!! I hope that something can be done and soon, before they raise your taxes for having beach front property :wink: :D:D:D

Looks like my lawn here in PA also. Spring rains= spring floods here.

Wait... you have a lawn in New York City?! Wowee! I lived in the village and the closest thing to a lawn I had was Washington Square Park.

Send some of that rain to El Paso Tx. No rain since Feb 2! We are so so dry. We have fire warnings everywhere!

in NYC I only have a fire escape. But there is a country/weekend house with a large yard that now looks like a small pond/lake!

I'm just glad I don't have a basment a block down the road everyone has floating furniture. Rivers are over flowing every where here. Best os luck to all that are trying to swim up stream.
