pattern for machine embroidery name tags

pattern for machine embroidery name tags
I need a pattern for machine embroidery for name tags with a good sized hole so I can pull a fabric tie through it. I want to make name tags for my quilts and attach them to their bags that I've made. I do not know how to digitize patterns. Maybe that is what I need to learn how to do.

Yeppers Embroidery library love that site http://www.emblibrary.com/EL/search.aspx?search=tags There is 6 pages of all kinds of tags. Some of them are made right in the hoop...love those ones. and sometimes when you click on a design, at the top there is projects that some of made and also a tutorials. Have fun.
