BQ is one. 12 inch focus fabric squares with strips to make it 18 inch blocks. several pics in this forum of this pattern

I was also thinking of the Ohio Star. Here's a picture of mine. Also, Quilter's Cache has a LOT of patterns free. Most of them are the older traditonal patterns.

Cut a piece of your focus fabric and then build a log cabin around it with your accent fabrics.
