Thread: Patterns

I think it would be awesome if the name of a pattern is posted with a picture. Many comments also ask for a pattern. What do you think???

I totally agree when others post pictures of finished quilt or projects, to put the name of the pattern and if it was a link online for a free pattern to post the link

I agree. It would make it much easier for those that are interested to either buy the pattern or download if it's free.

Most of mine and many others quilts on this board aren't from patterns.

I would like this information myself.

It sure would save a lot of time ;)

I try but in the excitement of finishing a quilt that is one thing I forget to add!

I'd love that too. Someone on this board said that they were sent a free pattern called "Hope Diamond" and they attached it for us and now i can't find it!

But.........sometimes .... the name and even link IS posted . . and later post will ask where and what and all that . . . DUH sometime we don't read the whole post. Ask me how I know.

I do try and share name and where I got the pattern. If I change the 'designer' name to something that suits me I will mention them both, example; Logs on a Roll to Coffee Logged (because I used coffee themed fabric)
