Pfaff Grand Quilter
I have an opportunity to buy a Pfaff Grand Quilter with a 10' frame. I haven't tried it out yet.
Just wondering if any of you have one a what you think of it.
Thanks for any advice you can give me.

If you type in Pfaff Grandquilter in the Advanced Search spot in the upper right corner of this page, you will find a couple of discussions on this particular machine.
Here's one: http://www.quiltingboard.com/main-f1...k-t222157.html
PS: I have such a good laugh every time I read the little saying at the bottom of your post!

If it's the 18.8, it's basically a TinLizzie 18 LS. TinLizzie made this machine and branded it for Viking and Pfaff. I liked the machine itself, easy to set the tension. Sewed with any thread I put on it, but I had ongoing problems with the stitch regulator. I finally just gave up and quilted without it. Eventually the rails on the frame (Grace Inspira) started to deteriorate and it was difficult to move the machine smoothly. To replace the rails, you have to take the whole thing apart, including taking the machine off. If there's a Pfaff dealer that will provide support, you might be OK. My dealer was pretty far away and TinLizzie provided no support. I would send them an email, with a question, and would receive a sales brochure as a reply. Just too many things went wrong so I traded it in last week on a HandiQuilter.
