Thanks Patrice!!!
I must see if they make that foot for my machine! I have some white fine linen napkins that I'm hand embroidering our monogram on in gold and purple. Wouldn't that look awesome framing the monogrammed corner or running about an inch from the edge beginning and ending just before and after the embroidery?

Patrice,

I learned how to do pintucks when I took an heirloom sewing class. Special machine feet make them easier but they can be done without one. They make a really neat effect on quilt squares etc. They would look really great in a crazy quilt or a wall hanging that showed off your machine's fancy stitches. You would do the pin tucks before you make the sandwhich and do the quilting.

Go for it,

Will do ady, but I did find in my very, very old Stitching book, how to do these by hand too. It's kind of awesome!
