I found out about the pizza boxes last year and when at Pizza Hutt asked for some and they laughed and said, you must be a quilter. Yes, I have those wonderful , colorful project boxes at home, but I find these are great to takes to retreats with the projects you are working on, then you just have to throw it away when you finish and not drag it home. Great idea.
Anyone else use them? Now whenever we go have pizza I always bring home a couple.

Yes, I use them and they are so perfect. The boxes come in several sizes which is perfect for the various sizes of blocks. Pizza Hut is very generous! Now I'm hungry for pizza!!!

I love the pizza boxes that I have. they stack well. the only thing is to make sure they are new boxes so you don't worry about the grease. we don't want you to ruin your fabrics.

I almost put that the New ones work better than used. LOL. Thought I had better behave. LOL. They do stack well and I love the different sizes. I also keep completed blocks of swaps in them too and label them with a white label. Easy to keep up with the swaps and dated a week before they are due so I keep up. LOL. Not poor, just smart....leave the money for fabric, get free boxes. And now I want a supreme pizza myself. LOL. Maybe hubby will go. We live way in the country and no delivery here. Besides, I have to go there to get boxes. I used to get those zerox paper boxes and cover wtih fabric to store things in. That's another story.

OK here ya go.....

The pizza places here got wise and now charges for the empty clean boxes. I can buy a plastic box at Walmart for what they charge for a pizza box. I can understand not giving them away to everyone. The owner has to pay for the boxes. A used box smells like pizza which is fine if you like pizza. I found out not that many do at guild. LOL.

I've found if I ask for one or two, they'll give them to me, at our local pizza joint , anyway, especially since we try to tip pretty well
