Does anyone have an easy block to hand quilt while we are traveling by car next month?

Do you do embroidery? I have a number of the 1930's quilt/embroidery patterns if your interested. I like them as they are fairly simple.

Grandmothers flower garden are my favorite!
I always am working on one!
usually take them to festivals and everyone stops to chat and ask questions.
It is also very easy so it doesn't take alot of concentration. I can take in the scenery, have a conversation and piece at the same time!

No, I don't do embroidery, I found early on, that it was not one of my talents!

Someone put a mock stained glass tutuorial on here just a few weeks ago, to do in the car, but I haven't been able to find it!

I'll look up Grandmothers Garden pattern to check it out!

Thanks for the ideas!

I did a sampler quilt that had each block quilted seperately and I had my blocks and hoop in a tote bag and took them out and worked on them.
