For some reason, lately my pressed foot has started sticking and won't quit sewing when I take my foot off. Does anyone know if I can apply oil to it? Or does anyone have another idea how I can get it to stop?

If your foot pedal is actually sticking, where the top part is not popping back uP when you take your foot off, then yes, you can try a bit of oil ( unplug first!!). If the top of the pedal pops back up, but the machine keeps going, then you need a new pedal.
The presser foot is the part of your machine that goes on top of the fabric and presses it down. I guess I assume you really mean your foot pedal...

Yes I meant the foot pedal. Thanks, I'll see if I can figure out if it's coming back up when I take my foot off. I appreciate your reply.
