Hmmm... And I'm the exact opposite when I'm printing Printed Treasures to make my quilt labels. I have to take all the other paper out of my printer to get it to feed properly.

Check to make sure there are no loose threads along the edges of the PT sheet. If there are, snip them off. You can als try trimming the sheets to slightly less, just slightly, than the 8½" width to eliminate friction along the sides when it feeds. No need to trim the long side. Those steps work for me.

make sure the edges are perfectly flat, no curls, no loose threads and no other paper in the printer and do one sheet at a time.

Are you using a photo quality InkJet printer? Laser printers are not recommended for fabric printing. I always remove all paper & run one fabric sheet at a time. Make sure edges are smooth, not curled or folded. You can use tape along the edges to keep them secure. ( line of tape along edge folded to back- make sure it is smooth- no wrinkles)
