How hard is it to make a t-shirt quilt? Does the stretch create a big problem?

My BIL wants me to make one, but I'm leaning towards no because of the stretch.

You are just full of questions tonight!!!

Remember that cheap lightweight fusable interfacing I suggested you use for joining batting pieces? Open up the shirts, iron the fusable to the backs of the t-shirt fronts, then cut to the size you want.

Yep, just like Shelley says. It's really easy.

Jackie and I are both longarmers, so my answer is yes....I have never quilted one on a DSM.

Here's a site with free instructions. Maybe that will make it a little easier for you.

Thanks, I haven't decided if I will make it or not. My BIL wants me to make one for his daughter for a wedding gift from her T's but I'm chicken.

go for it, they are easy to do, really. Just make sure to use a fusible backing.
