I sometimes order their daily deal when its charm packs. They had one this morning for 1 cent,and their shipping is $5.00 on everything.They are VERY fast to get them out to you.I have also spoken to them over the phone and they are very friendly and nice.
My first order last week was shipped the same day and arrived in 2 days...they are quick.
