Does anyone out there repair antique quilts? I have 2 quilt tops that need some repair which should be done with antique fabric.......thanks

If you are talking about the old feedsack fabrics, I have some and I'm about to repair an old quilt I just bought. PM me and we can discuss it...

I should have mentioned that they are probably from the late 1800's - early 1900's.

Please keep in mind that your "antique" quilt is only as old as the newest fabric in it. I have several antique quilts and I am not at all bothered by new repairs that make them usable or as decor. Good luck!

Being a former seller of antiques, I personally would prefer to keep it authentic. I realize it is one's own opinion or preference.
