i was wondering if anyone had done a quilt block called "aunt sukey's choice " i saw it in a magazine from the 1970's and thought it was interesting so i made one. Has anyone else made this block? or heard of it for that matter?

Here is a link to the pattern at Quilter's Cache. It is paper pieced, but you can make it with flying geese and 4 patches.

I haven't made it, but it shouldn't be too difficult, and looks great finished.

I found it in Block Base (The computer version of Barbara Brackman's Encyclopedia of Quilt Blocks) and it's a little different than the Quilterscache.com version. I had heard of it but haven't made it.

Yes I have heard of it and I think Kay England may have used it in one of her books.

I made one two years ago. The pattern was very easy to do. However, I made it into a 9" block instead of the 6". I can't take a pic as the camera is already packed in the suitcase and headed to Hawaii for Vacation on Friday.
