Aurifil online thread supplier closing!

Oh no! I placed a small order for 4 spools of thread today and after I placed the order I got a message that she is closing her business!!

If you order from Sue's Sew EZ Designs ... not for long.

She's a great supplier of Aurifil thread, great prices - she is also advertising a special price on EQ7 if anyone is interested. Right now 30% off threads, and more specials to come (I just ordered 28 wt that was supposed to be 10.50/spool but paid only 4.00/spool!).

Wish I had known earlier I would have placed a much larger order and saved on shipping.

That is so sad, I hate to see people having to close their shops, be it on-line or a shop.

Is the 28wt for piecing? I would like to try the Aruifil but don't see a color chart.

The 50 wt thread is for piecing. Love their thread and have ordered from Sue's before. I too am bummed that she is closing.

I am also very disappointed that she's closing. Her prices were great, shipping quick and very good customer service. If you haven't checked out her fabric, you should before she sells it all. She has great prices on that as well as Aurifil.

That's sad the shop is closing. I buy Aurifil online from here: http://tristan.bc.ca/cart/home.php?cat=27 Best prices I've found anywhere and reasonable shipping.

The site was a fairly recent discovery for me, but I placed 3 or 4 orders and her service was awesome. In fact, the sale price on this aurifil was so good that I bought another 8 spools of 12 wt tonight. I asked if she hadnt yet mailed the order I placed last night, to combine them - but she already mailed it and I got a very nice note back from her.

Not a single LQS in my extended area carries Aurifil so I will need to find another supplier.
