Batting? Natural or white?
I will be making a quilt that has a lot of white in it. Do I need to get white batting for this quilt? I only have the natural here at home.

I only use white when I have a lot of very white fabric and want to keep it looking that way. Sometimes the natural will make the white look creamy instead of crisp. You can test this by laying a piece of natural under your top, and then lay something white, even a piece of paper underneath. See a difference? Then you will probably want the white.

What AndiR said, use white with alot of white fabric. It is your quilt tho so use what you want. Put some white fabric you are going to use over the natural and see how you like it.

Me too, I personally would use white batting with a mostly white top.

honestly it is a matter of taste. i have used warm and nat under a very white quilt and it was fine but the white i was using was fairly thick and you couldn't really tell it was warn and nat for the batting. do a test and see what you prefer.
