Could someone that has a Bernina please tell me what the format is for the embroidery designs. I ordered a new embroidery design on-line, but I have to know what format I have. I just bought my Bernina sewing & embroidery machine, so I don't know that much about it.

Thank you

I don't have one but there should be a list in the manuel.

I believe it is ART. Bernina's website ought to tell you.

Edit: I just looked there and didn't see it, but I'm pretty sure it's ART

Yes, it is.

Depends on the machine. I have a 630 and it uses EXP.

Thank you for the responses. My machine is a 180.

Yes, the newer models use EXP, I think.

I think 180 and 630 are the same, only the 630's newer. You may have EXP
You can e-mail Bernina and ask them.
Most of the Bernina's use ART.
Who knows why that one model uses EXP??????

Candace 04-06-2010 01:33 PM

The 8 series also uses EXP.

The 180 uses ART. I had a 180 until recently..I miss her so.
