At $1.95 yd - and free shipping for orders over $35 - IT REALLY WAS A KNOW BRAINER - Sorry - about the caps but chubby fingers keep hitting the cap lock - |
I checked it out. Very pretty and definitely a good deal but I would be concerned about the weight. If it were me I would be sure and use a block with larger pieces and make sure that whatever you put with it is a like weight. Just my thoughts. :-D

I was thinking about using it for a quilt backing

I saw these, but did you notice what I did? It is dry clean only.

I've thought about using home dec fabric for some purses I want to make. They are a little heavier weight.

I used a home deco fabric for a backing in a table cloth, since I didn't want a batting and it worked great, gave it a good weight so it hangs nice and stays in place. It is even reversable.....Washed and machine dried first.

I don't think I would like how heavy they are, good luck using them.
