Help.......my cat did a no no on my quilt. when i washed it some of the red fabric ran. i put two color guards in when i washed it and it did catch some of the red dye . but there is a few pink spots here and there. how do I remove them? Bee Quilter

I would use Synthrapol. A lot of quilt shops carry it now. If you can't find it locally, it is available online.

Synthrapol suspends dye bleeds in the water to be rinsed away, so they don't settle in other fabrics. However, it also often works to remove unwanted bleeds into other fabrics that have already occurred. You may need to wash with it more than once, though.
