What do you guys use for the bottom insert of the bow tuck bag. Do use use cardboard or something else. I'm not quite at that step yet but I should be soon (I only get to work on it a little it at night)
Thanks,
Jamie

I use the poster board at WM, it's about 1/4 inch thick with foam inside. it's sturdy and cheap. You can cut it to size with an exacto knife.

I've used the sides of 12 pack soft drink boxes. I usually use both sides.

I use plastic needlepoint canvas - easy to cut to size

Thanks. I was worried about the cardboard and what would happen if I got it wet. Can find that plastic canvas at Jo Anns?

I used an old cutting mat. Made a "pillow" case for it. Easy to remove for washing. Also used the peel and stick floor tiles and the foam core poster board.

I made 30 of the bow tucks and i used foam core it holds a lot better than card board

I also use the plastic canvas and buy it at Hobby Lobby for 49 cents a piece and can make bottoms for 2 purses out of it.
