I've seen a lot of pictures and written entries about these purses, but can't seem to find out where to get the pattern. Does anyone know?

If you google bow tuck patterns you will get a ton of sites that sell them.
|
I bought mine from Connecting Threads. Many shops as well as online shops have them. Try to google it, I am sure many will come up.
|
I have one left. $9 free shipping. PM me if interested.

The bow one is actually the one I bought the pattern for but noticed that the other one kinda looked like the bow tucks that I had seen here. I thought that a "bow tuck" referred to the sides having strings that you tie.

I like that pattern from McCalls. I have the bow tuck pattern from Connecting Threads but that one would be cute to make too.

Penny Sturges is the one who originated the Bow tucks pattern and her patterns are really good - I like the McCall tote made with charms with the bows - great look alike Bow tucks.
