I didn't realize that I had pressed and starched all my seams in the wrong direction. I could have started at the bottom and worked my way to the top, but that would have made too much sense. Stubborn German that I am, I decided to make it work with less handling and assure myself that the seams on bottom did not flip. So, I put a bridge over the gap. The gap is where your table meets your machine. That is an automatic seam flipper. So, here is my solution. Put a piece of tape over the gap. The blue painters tape was handy, but I'm sure anything would work. The End.

Great solution. Thanks for passing on the idea.

Never thought of that. It is a problem I have frequently. On my table I just have to lower the machine just a little so table is just slightly higher than machine and I don't get flipped seams.

Makes ya mad when that happens, huh?
Great solution! Very creative!
