Anyone buy a walking foot for this machine? I have been checking online and the prices are all over the place. One place wanted 70.00 for it. Was wondering where you purchased yours and what you paid? $70.00 seems a little steep.....Thanks for your help, Michele

I bought a universal one from Joanns for $12.00 it works just fine on my Brother SE350

I have seen a brand called Distinctive feet I belive it is a generic for all machines. I have used the quilting foot and their 1/4 foot for my juki I have not had any problems. I have see their walking feet for around $25 just something to look into.

I searched for generic versions for my machine, it was $20 including shipping :D:D:D

I paid $29.95 for a Janome for my Elna. It's a lot quieter than the generic one it replaced. I overheard the LQS owner tell a customer they were going up with the next shipment. I've seen short shank ones online for $24.95 several places.

get the part number off the brother site or from your manual and then go to amazon.com. You will find it a LOT less.

I just purchased the Even Feed/Walking Foot w/Quilt Guide from Amazon for $15.00. I have already used, works great! I am now looking for the Open Toe Quilting "O" (SA187) for the SE400 also.
