Here is the link to the Amazon item with reviews. It comes with a quilting foot (is that a darning foot?) and a walking foot, but I couldn't find anything about feed dogs dropping. I suggest you read the reviews as well. Interesting.

I never dropped the feed dogs on my Brother, I found the tension was better and I FMQed just fine. If you have a quilting or darning foot you will be able to FMQ

On my Brother 350SE the feed dog switch is on the back. Right behind the pressure foot area. Although, I agree with Woody and never drop them.

I have a old brother that's in storage right now. The feed dog doesn't drop. When I got it it had a plastic cover over the feed dog, which I have lost.I hope to find it when I finely get everything unpacked.
