Can someone please identify this block?

I came across this on Pinterest but not of the clicks lead back to the originator (or it's an old pin). Do you know the name of this block? I love the colors used, the sashing and everything about it. Thanks.

I think it is called friendship block. I found it in a book that I have called Block Party by Marsha McCloskey

In the Ladies' Art Company Block Tool it is called 'Roman Cross'.

To me it looks like the fabric is Moda and they have a pattern on there united notions website called Blueberry Crumb cake I think could be this pattern if you arranged the colors just right it is in there free patterns. I am using my tablet and having issues attaching the link

Roman Cross it is! Thank you, Sharon. Margaret, I may be mistaken but I believe the friendship block has a blank white rectangle in the center so friends can sign it. Thank you both for your suggestions.

I just checked again and you are correct. The center is neutral in color, but otherwise utilizes the same construction

I think it's Paisley Prairie by Moda. Or Prairie Paisley. Beautiful! A jelly roll pattern with the red sashing in yardage?
