My sister-in-law told me about the International Quilt Festival that will be held in Chicago April13-17. She says it's really neat. Just wondering if anyone out there is going this year, or has gone in the past. Might be fun to meet.

I've never been...but I am sooooo going this year. I've heard that it is HUGE!!! I can not wait!!! I've been saving money for a year now...and hope to pry some more out of my hubby!! lol

I have gone the last 3 years. We take a bus down on Saturday, we are there when it opens and are usually the last bus to leave. It gives a whole new meaning to shop till you drop. You can buy anything you might be looking for. We just spend the 1 day - we do not do the classes only the shopping. Love it and would not miss it.
