Went to JoAnn's today - all of the Christmas fabric is 60% off. Wouldn't it have been smarter to lower the price a month ago so that we all could have made more holiday projects? - I really don't want to pay $10 a yard to make an apron or a tote.
Also went to Wal-mart. Wanted to buy some fabric to be ready to start the Christmas stockings again. All of their beautiful Christmas fabric was gone!
They did have 5 different Chicken Fabrics though - for those of you who are making the chicken quilt.

I buy for next year when they have a good selection of fabric on sale after the holidays. They don't mark it down until really close because other people are willing to pay more to get it early. It works for those of us budgeting if you have the storage space. :D

I'm sure that the chicken fabric will get some interest. Lots of people are lovin the chicken fabrics.

I think this is the perfect time to buy Christmas fabric, for next years projects. Hopefully one has an idea of what they need, that always helps alot. I like to start my holiday sewing in January. That way, by Christmas next year, I might have them all done!! :D

Happy Holidays,
Cheryl
